If you don't nip hunger in the bud, you're far more likely to make bad food choices as your hunger takes over. Try to cook and bring your own meals with you when you leave the house. Consider taking a hike if you love being outside. Try going to a dance class to learn new ways to work out.
You shouldn't bring foods into the house that you won't be able to eat. At first that might be a shock to your family, but guess what?
